Terms of delivery of Tafeldeco, a trade name of Ervopro BV

All prices on the Tafeldeco website include VAT. If you wish to buy taks free and have the required VAT number then please place your order via e-mail. Consumers without a valid VAT number cannot buy taks free.

We only use shipping / handling costs, once per order so that the product prices always remain as low as possible. In addition to these shipping / handling costs, we do not charge any further costs.

Low shipping costs within the rest of Europe.

Orders are shipped after full payment is received. For convenience, we offer you to pay via IDEAL or credit card when placing your order. For other countries within Europe we offer country specific payment options.

The consumer is responsible for indicating the correct and complete delivery address. Ervopro BV is not liable if incorrect or incomplete information is indicated.

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt. If goods are returned undamaged, in their original condition and in their original unopened packaging, Ervopro BV will reimburse the purchase value of the goods. As a starting point for whether or not to reimburse is whether the products are resalable as new, if costs have to be made to get the products back in such a condition that they are resalable as new, these costs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.

The shipping costs for returning are not reimbursed.

Returns without tha appropriate amount of postage are not accepted.

Opened packages are not reimbursed. Every item is sealed, if the seal is broken, the return right lapses, with the exception of defects in the goods that arose during the production process. The packaging is such that you can clearly see the color and decoration.

If the goods have become in any way unsaleable through the actions of the consumer, they will not be reimbursed.

If articles do not meet the technical requirements as stated on our website, we will also reimburse the postage costs for returning and, if applicable, the postage costs charged to you. The above restrictions on returns also lapse.

We expect you to treat the goods during the reflection period as you would treat them in the store. Unpacking and / or use and / or damage means that the return right will lapse and there is no longer a right to refund. This is a product that must meet hygiene requirements.
